Nikki Erickson saw a need in professional staffing for a company which takes care to find the right candidates for interim and contract roles; to place consultants with not only deep knowledge of accounting and finance, but also work styles to fit seamlessly into each client’s corporate culture. Nikki started Greenbar with a true commitment to clients, senior-level consultants, and providing excellent service.

Nikki Pring Erickson graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and built a fast track career in financial services. Her areas of expertise included general accounting, financial planning and analysis, and external reporting. She built a substantial network of finance and accounting contacts during her time at Olympic Financial and TCF Bank, setting the table for the second act of her career.

A good friend recruited Nikki into the financial recruiting and consulting industry and she hasn’t looked back. She quickly developed into a consistent President’s Club performer as Recruiting Director both internally at Cargill and at super-regional and large international agency firms, most recently as the Director of Recruiting with Groundswell.

Nancy Trochlil joined Greenbar with extensive experience in corporate marketing, communications, and media relations. Her previous experience includes creating and producing print and digital advertising, website content, events, and general communications nationally for corporations in the staffing industry, as well as senior leadership roles for companies in merchandise production.

Additionally, she has years of Board experience, fund-raising involvement, and volunteer work.

Darren Benoit has a passion for helping both consultants and clients reach their goals and build their business. His business development acumen aids Greenbar’s clients and candidates alike, with quick turnaround times and the unique ability to place just the right person in accounting and finance roles.

Darren Benoit graduated with a Bachelor's in Accounting from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. He subsequently held finance leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies Kimberly-Clark and Pillsbury/General Mills.
After earning his M.B.A. in Marketing and Strategy from the Carlson School of Management, he moved into the recruiting industry as a start-up firm’s initial salesperson, actively growing sales to over $47M in annualized revenue.

Darren has subsequently co-founded five contract consulting firms in various competitive markets around the United States, being honored with significant awards for high growth and quality service. Additionally, he has held an executive leadership role for a large national recruiting and consulting organization, heading its professional level finance division.
